Mitchell Family Reunion Welcome Letter

Greetings Family!

Happy New Year! 2025 is our reunion year, and we are headed to the beautiful city of Charlotte, North Carolina! Our theme for this year's reunion is "Celebrating Our Roots One Branch At A Time!" Get ready to share fun and laughter as well learn more about our history as we celebrate our roots one branch at a time! Your 2025 reunion committee has planned a wonderful itinerary filled with activities for all to enjoy! The staff at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel South Charlotte Tyvola have been so kind and courteous in helping to ensure that our family has the best experience at their establishment. All reunion fees paid will go towards the following expenses: food for the banquet, picnic and hospitality room; park rental for the picnic; Bowlero rental (location for family fun night); t-shirts; family souvenirs; miscellaneous fees associated with the reunion. I have already signed the hotel contract and paid the required $300 deposit, so the hotel link is up and running for booking.
